Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Workshop Payment Policy

Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Pathways Inclusive Services CLG, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to ensure that customers are happy with their purchases and services.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Exchanges will be allowed within 30 days to support customer satisfaction.
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 14 days of the returned item being received and processed.
  • After 30 days from the original purchase date, all sales will be considered final and no refunds or exchanges will be available.

Returned items must be in reasonable condition unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Workshop Payment and Cancellation Policy

To secure a workshop booking with Pathways Inclusive Services CLG:

  • A minimum 50% deposit is required at least 10 days before the scheduled workshop date.
  • The remaining balance is due on the day of the workshop.
  • Workshop deposits are non-refundable.

If a workshop needs to be rescheduled by Pathways Inclusive Services CLG, deposits may be transferred to a future workshop date.

By booking a workshop, participants acknowledge and agree to these payment terms.
